Alexandra holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra—PUCMM (Mater et Magistra Pontifical Catholic University). She has over three decades of experience as an external auditor and in related areas.
She has taken specialty studies including International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), International Standards on Auditing (ISA), corporate finance, and valuation of companies, among others.
The Interamerican Accounting Association (AIC, from its initials in Spanish) certified Alexandra as an Interamerican Accountant in the IFRS for SMEs (CICNP, from its initials in Spanish).
She has done much forensic audit work, as well as debt restructuring on many occasions.
Mrs. Ceara has worked as facilitator regarding International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and International Standards on Auditing (ISA), and has participated as presenter in diverse events on topics of her specialization.
